- Copyrights?
- Posted by Jack on August 9th, 2003
Ok, this is probably a stupid question, but how would one find out which of
their mp3s are copyrighted or not?
I thought my Windows Media showed it but when I updated that feature seemed
to go away. Is there some way to see?

Just assume that they all are.
The "copyright" in WMP or other doesn't mean squat...one can turn it on or
off when ripping.

It's a safe bet they all are. It'd be tough to say exactly which ones are
and aren't without looking up each one individually (or at least each artist
or album they came from), but thanks to the Disney corporation, very, very
little content falls into the public domain which isn't older than Steamboat
Willie.
