Open Mp3 file in any mp3 editing software ( using Easy audio editor ,
FlexiMusic Wave Editor ).
select the required range using the command [ Select->Enter start / End
Position] and enter the
duration.
Then use the command save selected. This will save the selected part into
the wav file.
