(diamond) Rio 500 Problem

I have had this RIO 64 mb MP3Player for a couple of years. Recently, it
started a 'new' misbehavior. It wont play the entire song. It will jump to
the next song randomly. I am unable to figure out why? Any suggestion?

The player's operating firmware is held in FLASH memory, and it may have
become corrupted. So you try reloading it from your PC ... "REFLASH" it.

You can find all the firmware-files, drivers and tools you need here:

Latest firmware is 2.16.
