I have tried everything else, thought I'd see if anyone here has had any
luck. I bought this a month or so ago and after locking up on the first
use, I rebooted and have never been able to get it to start again. It first
shows a Fixtunes error that the program was shut down incorrectly and
mentions the last song in my directory. Then when I click OK, a Windows
error stating that an error occurred and the program needs to shut down. No
matter what I try, nothing will get the program working. I have
uninstalled/reinstalled numerous times, including cleaning the registry and
computer from any Fixtunes entries. I tried about 20 times to contact them
with no action whatsoever and even reported them to Papal, who after
numerous tries to get them to respond, cancelled their account (or so Papal
says). I have seen Fixtunes mentioned here a few times and contacted the
poster to see if they had any problems, but no one answered. This is my
last try to find a solution. Help?
