I want to add ID3 tags to a few mp3 files but I don't want the
date-stamp of the file to change. For 2-3 files, I changed my
PC's date/time to the file's date and edited the mp3 file.
But I want to do this for quite a few files. Is there any way
I can get winamp to add/remove ID3 tags without changing
the file's date. Or is there any dos/windows utility which will
allow me to set a file's date with a simple command-syntax
or a simple dialog box.
