Freeware to show ID3 info in Windows context menu or tooltip?

Freeware to show ID3 info in Windows context menu or tooltip?: Posted by Todd Christenson on January 2nd, 2005; Is there a freeware program that can show me the ID3 info for a file in
Windows Explorer by hovering over the file, or right clicking? My
computer that I use at work can do it, but I don't know what's installed
that makes it possible.

I really need to see the album field.
