If you know what this is/does, you know how neat this system is. These sell
for 239.00 and this one is version 1.3.23 software which is upgradable on
line to 1.3.81 (I believe) for free. Here's a link that should answer any &

As you will see at their website, this kit comes with the software CD, PCI
voice portal (specially designed modem that works with the system plus, it
works
with caller I.D.), powerline adapter (hooks into a serial port on PC), & 1
lamp module.
This is new in unopened box for 100.00. If you are into home automation
already,
