If you burn the CD-RWdisc as an ISO CD, it will play. That's the
format that MP3-CD players read. It says that it reads CD-RW discs,

You can burn it as a multisession ISO CD, don't close the session
until the disc is full. So long as you remember to import the
previous session as you go, you can add on to the end. It's not the
same as drag and drop, but it will let you to add as you go onto a
CD-R or a CD-RW.
*WARNING*
While I don't think it will come up, I guess I should mention that
some readers will only see the first or last session unless you
finalize the disc. If this is the case, it's going to be a bit less
convenient, because if you want to do incremental updates that that
player can read, you'll have to burn it as a single session disc, and
keep a copy of the files on your hard drive, erasing and burning onto
the CD-RW disc as you go.
