BTW I bought it at a computer show a few years ago, on a Jimi Hendrix
compilation MP3-CD, which contains all his other albums, 'Are You
Experienced', etc.

If you are familiar with the binary groups why don't you just make the
request there? alt.binaries.sounds.mp3.requests or absm.1960s would be
the logical place to request a binary post of a 1968 album.
You shouldn't have much trouble getting it there.
