What to do with a "not-enough-space or change temp-folder-settings" error?
Posted by Mitchell199 on July 16th, 2003

I don't know how to change the temp folder settings as I'm being
directed to. I have over a gig in each partition so the
"not-enough-space" message is a bit incomprehensible to me, but the
change-settings cue I don't know about. What to do, anyone know?

Here is the exact error message with a large MP3 I am trying to fix
with Goldwave 4.26:

"Could not write data to disk. Make sure there is ample space free on
the disk or change temporary folder setting."

Thanks!

Yes...when in doubt, click about.

As an alternative to clicking about or rushing in to change something
you don't know about, try Help > Index and type in "Options". You've
really explored your program thoroughly, haven't you?
