What's the best CDR burning software/shareware and MP3 player combination ?

Hi,

I've burned a bunch of mp3 cdrs via a backup software (goldenhawk)

A windows/explorer folder of the CDR shows the same directories),
AND
WINAMP2 can open the CDR's directory with all the files in the correct
order.

Now, I just bought a SONY ZS-X3CP that claims all sorts of
folder/navigation capabilities, but it gets the file order confused
within a folder.

qs:

How do I sort out whether I'm writing the mp3's to CD in a braindamaged way
or
whether the mp3 player is inadequate?

All the id tags (v1 and v2) ___seem to be in order, but perhaps the long
tag
names are confusing this mp3 player.

or more generally..

What's the best burning software/shareware and MP3 player combination
that ensures the mp3 player can read what's on the CDR?

From my experience, they are all different. You have to figure out how
yours works and how yours reads files/dirs and go from there. MP3BR (
http://www.mp3br.com ) does a good job creating the disk images. Just
about any burner will burn them.
