- Zen Vision - transferring music data?
- Posted by Terry Pinnell on June 6th, 2006
My wife agonised for a week or two over whether to go for an iPod or
the Zen Vision: M, and finally chose the latter. Main reason was that
she understood it would let her keep whatever names she had already
manually given to her music, after burning from her (mainly classical)
CD collection. But she used it for the first time last night and told
me she couldn't work out how to do that. The small sample she had
downloaded from PC to player were all given names like Track 1, Track
2, etc, not as they were on the PC.
Could a user give me a brief pointer on how to achieve this, which I
can pass on to her please?

You probably need to tidy up your MP3 tags. If she is happy with the
filenames...just choose "convert filenames to tags". Do a couple to test to
see if this works.
