Backup question

Using XP's backup program I made a .bkf file which is not a complete
backup but only selected files. Can the program make an incremental
backup of just those files already in the .bkf or is the only option to
make a second .bkf file and reselecting all the files again?

setting up incremental backups is the same for Pro as well:
