I have a generic issue with my Windows Server 2003 system. I have obtained
a zip file and everytime I attempt to unzip the file, Windows Blocks the
setup.exe file. The message states right click the file and check unblock,
however the setup.exe file dissappears when the all the files are unzipped,
therefore, I cannot right click it.

How do I turn this annoying blocker off?

Have you tried looking at properties for the file? There might be a box
there to tick or untick to remove the block.
