I have had 3 of those today:
IRQL_not_less_or_equal
Kmode_Exception_not_Handled
and Bad_pool_header
Two occured whilst wring to the dvd drive.
Only new hardware is monitor about a week ago
Any ideas as to the causes.
Errors are 0x0000008E and 0A)0x0910D8EC3.

Hi,

Run the driver verifier. Expect the system to crash, then send me the dump
file. Use the email address listed here and the subject line "per req".

How to Use Driver Verifier to Troubleshoot Windows Drivers
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=244617

What you have amounts to a driver issue, the dump file should indicate which
one is the problem.

Hi, Scott

No, not the log file, the dump file. It should be in the Windows or system32
directory titled Mini****.dmp where the **** is the date of the dump. This
is the file that should contain the needed information.
