What website and how are you posting the pictures? If you are using the "insert" dialog screens on the website itself then you may need to contact the owner of the website for a solution because the application to insert the pictures exists on the website and not your computer. The other thing that may prevent this is if you have any pop-up blocker, anti-spyware or other security software installed. Whoever provides support for the website would be the best source of information.
