- download error

I just tried to download Net.Framework 1.1. I got an error that says HRESULT:
0x80070005 error 1935.
It did not download. Also I'm having a problem with my OP. Sometines it
won't close programs or it will leave the screen partially filled. Sometimes
it just freezes and won' end program. I just reformatted my hard drive and
reinstalled the OP thinking this would correct the problem, but it did not.
Can someone please advise me as to what might be wrong. Thanks, James
