Easy Creator 6 platinum did not recognize DVD burner

Easy Creator 6 platinum did not recognize DVD burner: Posted by triky on January 20th, 2006; After reinstall windows XP SP2,
o Easy Creator 6 platinum did not recognize DVD burner.
o If there is no DVD disk in the driver then Explorer indicates DVD burner
but if there is a DVD disk in the driver then Explorer indicates as CD drive.

Please help; Posted by Althorson on January 20th, 2006; Did you install all the Roxio updates to version 6?
