- Error 5-Access denied to Remote Access Service Manager

Still working on my problem!
Error 711----Remote Access Service Mgr. could not start.
In Admin. tools, I get "Error 5 -Access is denied" - when I try to start
Remote Access Service Mgr.
"Could not start Remote Access Service Manager on local computer." Can
anyone tell me what to do now??

Tried this but still can not get the access. The 2 errors given are 1068
and 5 ---have looked and applied answers from knowledge base to no avail..I
do appreciate your suggestions -- anything else I might try? Thanks...

Not solved yet! All services are checked in AdminstrativeTools---the
telephony and the Remote Assess Connection services. But the RAC show
stopped and when I click start, the error messages of 5 or 1068 come
up......What else can be tried?
