- icons system tray

how do you allow the icons on the system tray (bottom right hand corner of
screen) to remain visible rather than always have the arrow point out and
back in to show you the program icons?

Right click on theTaskbar at the bottom of the screen and
select Properties from the menu.
On the Taskbar page, remove the check mark from the box next to
"Hide inactive icons".
