- Internet access having changed accounts around
- Posted by PompeyMike on September 30th, 2005
I tried adding a kids account to the computer, and failed miserably. But,
having now deleted the new account (leaving just me as the administrator) I
find that when I try to logon to Wanadoo, I am now presented with a screen
saying "Run As. Which User Account do you want to use to run this program?"
The options are Current user (me), or specify one. Under Current user is a
tickbox about protecting my computer and data from unauthorized activity.
Now, if I leave this checked, my Wanadoo homepage is rubbish - no
favourites, unformatted, etc. If I uncheck this, all is as it was. As I never
used to get this box appearing, does anyone know how to get rid of it???
