is there any way or program which lets simulate net traffic while offline.

i need to this becuz i need to run a software which requires me to be
connected to net..?

is there any workaround or program which does this simulation....????

It depends on what the program needs to do when online. More details,
including the name of the program and what it is doing and how you
connect to the Internet, will help people help you.

I want net traffice simulation for xingtone ringtone maker to be able to
make ringtone while offline otherwise it requires net connection to run...
