I have no idea what a "irda usb" device is; however, first check Windows
Update and then the manufacturers web site for an XP compatible driver.

By "no cd driver" I assume you mean that the device did not have a CD
included with it when you bought it. Go to the "irda usb" device
mftr.'s website and look for drivers and tech support there.

If you can't find the name of the manufacturer and the cd that came with
it is broken, then you are rather out of luck. Perhaps if you were to
tell us what you are trying to do, you might get suggestions for good
hardware.

http://www.deltrontech.com/driver.htm
and if you paid more than $3.50 CDN....
