There is no list. You can type any valid command line.

Your question is similar to "Can anyone provide a list of all starting and ending locations for all car trips".

Hi,
As David has indicated, the run box is not just for loading executable files
(like exe, scr, bat, hta, and com). It can be used to load a URL (type in
any URL you want and click ok), for loading inf files, control commands, and
that's just for starters. There is no practical limit to what can be done
from the prompt. If you want to to get a list of executables, instead do a
search on *.exe. Oh, and if you start/run cmd, you will get your command
prompt where typing "help" will still get you a list of valid commands.

Start run is for programs, not commands. Start/ accessories/ command prompt
is for commands. You can type help there.

you may have to go to the command prompt & then
type:help/? enter. there you will get some but not all
of these commands. there are plenty more.
