when I login to my computer it says "loading personal settings" and then
instead of seeing my desktop uploading as usual....system32 file opens over
desktop..??
Don't know what I did ...it just started happening last nite after I had
been on the computer most of the day ...Help !!

Making a new post about the same problem is not a good idea. If you are
uncomfortable making the changes in the MS Knowledge Base article, have
a professional look at your machine and then give you some training.

In the meantime, since Kelly's fix didn't work for you, try a System
Restore to when the computer worked well.
Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore and then
"Restore my computer to an earlier time".
