Miscellaneous User Settings

Hi all,

I looked around a bit and didn't find any immediate answers to these
questions, so I'll try here

1) When you open a file dialog box from an application (open, saveas
,etc) it always comes up in List mode. Is there any way to set this to
be Detail mode?

2) When I expand a zip file it always asks me if I want to be shown the
output files. Can I set this default to no instead of yes? (uncheck
the checkbox)

3) I use a variety of USB hard drives and I'm forever being told that
my hard drive capacity is different. Can I permanently disable this
box?

Thanks to all in advance,

Chris

Answer to Number 2)

Well, to do it
Open up that Save box, and right click your mouse, and click View>>Then you
have a selection of what you want them to show as
for e.g you can have '' Thumbnail''

Good Luck!

Yes, I understand this. Is it possible to set something other than
List mode as the default?

Hi, I hope I can help. Open your files in "Detail" and then open Tools and
"Folder Options" and select this way as the default.
