Missing windows buttons in the taskbar
Posted by Jack on October 19th, 2005

I can't remember what I have done. But out of a sudden, all the open windows
buttons in the taskbar disappeared. I have tried all the possible methods,
including checking all the taskbar menu, to restore them, but failed. Would
appreciate if somebody can help me.

I am using Windows XP Home SP2 on a Fujitsu LifeBook C2220.

Thanks so much for your help. The minimized windows buttons are now back.
Thank you again.

I've another problem may be you can help also.

When I turn on my notebook, the "Number Lock" is always "ON". This causes
problem when I logon with passwords which are case sensitive. What shall I do
to turn it off.

Best regards,
Jack

Hi Jack,

There should be a numlock default setting in the system BIOS, with most
systems it is "on". Disabling it will turn off the numlock.
