- Option Broadband connection that requires a username and password is greyed/disabled

Hi
I am trying to setup Broadband connection (pppOE) and when I try to
configure the same
Out of the 3 option the
"broadband connection using username and password" is disabled.
I have only the "always on broadband connection" enabled
How do I enable the broadband with username and password option

I could enable the option
I deleted the Telephony registry key and the option was enabled
This was as per MSKB
