- OT? Recording DVD video?

Hi,
I want to record a few seconds of video from my PC's DVD player and save it
as a Windows media player file, I can do still snap shots from my DVD player
software but no moving video.
Any one know of any XP software that will record a few seconds of video from
a
DVD disk?
