Your best bet would be to contact Sony for *their* XP pro upgrade disk for
your computer.

FIRST if you have a fairly recent Sony Vaio, be sure you have access to the
recovery files on CD. SECOND go here for instructions on how to do a clean
install of XP: http://www.michaelstevenstech.com/ .
