- Switch user causes blank screen

Hi folks,
Using XP Pro and created a new user account but when running I go to switch
user and select the other account from the welcome screen but the screen
goes blank and I have to reboot the PC.
It happens from either account.
I can only access the other account by rebooting.
Any ideas?

Try to reinstall you graphic card drivers.

Delete dat user u created..and then start again..dat migt helpful for u

hi i have the same problem and i have still not solved it, but what i can
tell you is that instead of re-booting i just turn my monitor off and back on
again and the welcome screen is there, wierd but it works. pete
