Using Disk Clean up to clear ALL Temp Internet Files

Using Disk Clean up to clear ALL Temp Internet Files: Posted by bcohio2001 on May 1st, 2006; Is there any way for me, Sys Adm., to delete ALL Temporary Internet Files
from the hard drive.

ALL meaning for all users. That way when I defragment my hard drive, more
space is available.
