- XP Pro - SP2 - Unable to create users

Running XP Professional - SP2. When I attempt to create either a new or guest
account system halts when attempting to create personal settings. Then I need
to restart through Task manager. I have attempted to enable New or Guest User
Accounts in Control Panel as well as through Computer Managemeent Console.

Yes - I have administrator priviliges - The problen occurs when I attempt to
create either a new account or enable the guest account. System halts when
attempting to create personal settings for these profiles. Then I need to
restart through Task manager.

How many accounts do you have??! And did you try it in SAFE MODE?
