As for the news groups it is fine to post a commercial post as long as
I post it with "COMM" in the subject header and don't do a commercial
post more than once a week. I do commercial posts in here once every
so often. It maybe the first or second time this year I've done a
commercial post in here.

I place COMM in the subject header so those that do not like to read
commefcial posts can edit them out or set there news readers to bypass
these posts.

I use Free Agent news reader. The version I use is over 10 years old.
The later versions all have extra filters and can be downloaded from:

For Aussies there is a news group called aus.dvd where I mainly post
in. People ask questions on recorders which I reply to quite often.
Its like this news group but a bit better.
