- I burned it but can't read it

Just recently I burned an img to a DVD+r. Just after I was able to
read the media just fine. Since then I have formatted and re-installed
my aspi drivers but can no longer read the DVD+R. I AM TOTALLY
CONFUSED. My dvd burner just keeps flashing but windows does not see
the cd. I would appreciate any advice. Eddie
