I have one of those inexpensive DVD recorders that I purchased at Wal-Mart
for $100. It's gone on the fritz, and I want to replace it with a somewhat
similar unit. Shopping around, I notice that there are a lot of DVD
recorders that don't have tuners in them. These won't do the job for me. I
need one that can be programmed for all the CATV stations.

Any recommendations will be appreciated. I'd like to have a DVD-only unit
for around $120, or a DVD/HD unit for about $250.
