I am having a problem with jittery shots in my authored DVD.

I captured analog video using the AverMedia DVD PCI Card to an MPEG2
file and created a project using the supplied software,
NeoDVDStandard4. In this project, I created two menus, each with a
set of chapters. The video for each chapter in the first menu exhibit
the jitter problem. The video for each chapter in the second menu
plays perfectly.

I have video quality set to "Best Quality".

Any thoughts?
