I'm recording onto DVD+RW in PAL format from UK digital broadcasts and I

want to trim the recordings in the middle and at both ends and make them

into "tracks" so that I can play them back on my DVD player without all
the adverts and lead-ins.

Also, I want the software to read in .vob files, create the .ifo files
automatically and allow me to delete stuff from RW discs and be user
friendly to boot.

Does such a thing exist yet?
