Any modern DVD player will do that by simply burning a DVD or CD with
pictures on it. No need to buy some overpriced, buggy, useless software.

Why not try dvd slideshow builder, not only make wonderful photo
slideshow, but also create video clips on DVD/VCD/SVCD.
