Please can someone confirm that if my media says on the box "DVD -RW" but
DVDinfoPro shows Book Type and Media Type as "-R" then there is something
seriously wrong with this media.

Do you think this explains why the media won't work and is it grounds to
expect a full refund from the retailer?
