- Nero 6 burning frizbees

I've got a strange problem with Nero 6 burning DVD-R: The disc it
burns is full, but neither DVD drive can explore the disc. I have
tried burning DVD Vidio and data, and yes I am finalising a single
session disc.
Any ideas? I have successfully burnt 1 disc out of 10, and for the
life of me I can't work out what I am doing wrong.

I had the same problem when I had a burner (Plextor) going bad.

Sometimes you have to do that to get windoze to recognize the new
disk. Just reads a whole lotta junk otherwise.
I suspect someone knows the technical reasons for this.

Was shit media. Got some better discs, and swapped to +R and everything now fine.
