right, i've got a dvd-audio disk that plays happily on my player but not a
friends so i got to thinking about how to get just the dolby digital track
on to a disk but preferably with the video menu's. Simple answer seemed to
use dvd decriptor to get just the video_ts folder on to the hard drive as
that has the dolby track and the higher quality dvd-audio is in audio_ts.
Did that and tested it in power dvd and it works great. However when trying
to burn the disk in record now max or nero it refuses saying there was a
disk error. It does record in roxio easy cd 6 but the disk is unplayable.
Have had no such problems with movie disks and just thought I'd do this one
so my mate can listen to music in 5.1 (for some reason his player wont play
the 5.1 dolby track on a dvd audio disk) and now it's driving me nuts. Any
suggestions out there?
