I just purchased the Panasonic DMR-ES20. I am unable to get the EPG to

work. The manual olny metions vcr plus. , but the specs at Amazon.com
and jandr.com mention a 7day
EPG or elrctronic programing Guide. I cant get this feature to work or

even find it in the onscreen menu. I need help

I don't think that model has built-in freeview capability, you have to have a
digital tuner to get EPG, DMR-ES20D does however have a built-in digital
tuner. Check out the model numbers.
