ok, more direct question for you DVDR experts out there
input a analog stereo music signal into a DVR, record it onto the HDD
using the fastest "1 hour" recording speed
what is the resulting resolution, bit rate, and sampling frequency ?
manual does not state these specs
the machine states it is recording in Dolby Digital - but does not give
resolution specs, etc.

Panasonic DVD recorders use DOlby Digital 2-channel at 256kb/sec
