I'm in Tokyo right now and I bought a Sony RDR-GX5 today. I just wondered if
I can bring it home to Germany. Can I firmware wise turn it into a PAL
compatible machine? I connected my PAL XBOX to it and it can actually record
PAL 50 and 60 but without color. So i guess hardware wise it is nearly
identical to the european GX5 with only has an additional scart port I
think. Any ideas?
