Hello,
I am having trouble with the one touch dub function on a Sony
RDR-GX7. I am using it with a Sony DCR-TRV103 Digital 8 camcorder hooked
up via firewire (iLink). If I just hit play on the camera and record on
the DVR it works fine. When I hit the one touch dub button, it starts OK
and the video is getting through, but after about 15 seconds a message
comes up that says "dubbing was interrupted" and it quits. I have tried
several different tapes and a bunch of blank dvd-r disks. I have many
8mm tapes to dub, and this is the main reason I got this unit (used
unfortunately). If anybody has any suggestions I would greatly
appreciate them.
