Hello all

I have a ComproUSA DVB-T T-200 video card installed in my PC. I am trying to
watch my VCR through the card. I can hear the audio from the tape in the
VCR, but i still cannot see the video. I am linked to the VCR with an
s-video cable into the scart lead at the back of the VCR. ANy help is
appreciated.

I don't know if this is the problem, but the Philips video
decoder chip enforces level 3 Macrovision. This shouldn't
be preventing you from seeing a signal being passed through
your VCR's tuner, though. Is it perhaps a PAL/NTSC issue?

Luck;

Is your VCR S-VHS? If not it will only have a composite output.
