My 29320 scsi raid adaptec controller does not work with a asus a7v8x-x
motherboard, it works fine with an old FIC PA2010+ motherboard with 233 Mhz
processor, anyone has an explanation, greetings, Michael.

two things come to mind
1) that motherboard had quite a few bios issues when it came ou
dealing with compatability issues within the chipset.
2) The adaptec 29320 scsi raid controller card had some issues itsel
dealing with FSB speed
