I'm in the market for a TV tuner card for my PC. One manufacturer says his
card receives both ATSC and NTSC signals.

1. These are 2 separate input connections right?
2. I imagine the ATSC connection would not work on my cable system because I
don't have a cable converter box. Correct?
3. The ATSC connection would only work on over the air digital signals
provided I have an antenna installed. Correct?

You might get better answers at a forum like this. They used
this sample device last year, to receive signals from cable or from
OTA. OTA used an antenna. Note that the software is a crucial
consideration, and a crashing piece of crap software could ruin
an otherwise good piece of hardware.
