I have a wireless setup for my interent in my home. The internet comes
from my local cable provider. Is the wireless broadcasting the cable tv
signal, also? Is there such a device that can capture that signal and
provide a feed to a tv in another room? Thanks for any info you have.

No. The TV signal is typically filtered out of the signal to the modem.
The modem (MOdulator/DEModulator) changes the incoming radio signal to
an electrical signal for the router/computer that is again changed to a
radio signal for wireless.
